Lots happening this week, as most weeks on Parenthood. Crosby is still having issues with Renee and now Sekou is having his washing done their. Nice bit reminding Crosby it wasn't too long ago that he did the same thing with his parents. It was good to learn more about Renee and finding out she used to work at a charity on a low wage, explaining how she ran out of money so fast.
Max is growing up and after 4 years we learn he has a show twice a week, and now his body is changing. The Skittles bit was funny, as was his candid talk to Zeek about sex. Sometimes he can be a laugh but that comes with some one with his condition. It was interesting that Max again used the internet for research. Fun bit in bed with Kristina asking Adam about his puberty. The talk with Max was good as was him walking back from the shower and then wanting to use the deodorant.
Victor is becoming a problem, all steaming from not being able to see his birth mother, calling the police was the last straw and I can understand why Julia is having second thoughts. Glad the police saw there was no problem as did the social worker with her visit. But this is all causing stress between Joel & Julia, interesting that Joel is the one who doesn't want to give up on him.
Good to see Mark again, first with Drew, then going to see Sarah. Hank was right he was there for more than Drew. Interesting that Sarah made up and excuse to see Mark again whether it was for Drew or their own issues.
This brings us to Amy falling pregnant, well really who didn't see this coming? It was again interesting that the guy (Drew) was the one who wanted to keep the baby, telling Amy he loves her even as she is dumping him, again! The closing scene with Sarah was heart breaking. At first I wasn't sure is Mark or Hank was the late night caller, so glade they when this way. Just a pity he didn't say something sooner.
Also worth noting Peter Krause directed this episode.
Given the promo it's going to be an interesting last 2 episodes for the season.
