My Thoughts

Another packed episode with lots happening, the main plot again revolving around Kristina's cancer and getting ready for chemotherapy.

But first lets start with Drew and Amy, hearing she is sick Drew decides to visit her. Amber driving him down what appears to be Wisteria Lane. Amber tells him it's a bad idea and on top of everything the give he has is a re-gifted one original for Kristina. Of course it doesn't go well and he leaves in a hurry when the family dog scares him. Later they talk in school and then she visits his new home with Mr Cyr. They kiss and make up as the door shuts.

Amber and Ryan have a really good date, starting at mini golf and ending up in her bed, so much for talking things slow. Zeek is unaware of them dating and worried when he finds out, which in turn makes Sarah worried. I did like the early morning visit where Sarah when laughing and giggling at her door while Amber stood then in Ryan's shirt. Ryan might have some problems as he is taking drugs as a result of his time at war.

Julia is worried Victor is not making friends so going against advice from the adoption agency they find one from his old neighborhood. Things go well and Julia starts to learn Spanish to better connect with him.

Adam is feeling helpless with Kristina starting chemo, Crosby takes him to a bar for a drink and pays. Adam tells Crosby how he is feeling and almost gets into a fight with a guy who bumps into him. Meanwhile Kristina is also feeling helpless, under doctors orders to take it easy everyone is trying to help, The Lessing's come and visit, Camille comes over to help but its all too much. Kristina demands to pickup Max from school on her own and bribes him with ice cream and games not to tell anyone. The have a good tie before the first chemo treatment.

Overall another very good episode, well balanced, lots happening with so many story lines going on with the large cast and with just 15 episodes in the season we're almost at the half way point already.
