My Thoughts

Nice to see Haddie back at home and wanting to help out, she was good with Max and his speech but it was sad to see her parents lying to her about being cancer free at the end, just to get her back to school.

Max has seamed more distant than usual since finding out about his mothers cancer. I did like how he was determined (or should that be tenacious?) during this whole election campaign and how the students rallied behind him, so of course he was going to win. God help us all.

Kristina and her 'final supper' with the good china, pity it was almost wrecked with Crosby being at the vet to fix Otis. Some nice touches with Kristina Nora to bed and leaving a note for Max. I did get the feeling Kristina was preparing for the worst, I've never been there but I can understand the reasons.

We didn't get much from the rest of the family so the scene with the siblings in the hospital was over due, the tea joke was a nice lite touch to distract Adam from his thoughts, so was Sarah and Julia telling him about there problems.

Finally a decent amount of Drew. I'm with him, I don't get why he couldn't have just stayed with the grandparents. Just hope the engaged couple are not took amorous while he is in the house. It was fun to see Sarah stressing out with Hank turning up at the same time as Mark and helping Zeek move some things out. Also Drew throwing bags of his clothes off the balcony and Mark getting cable for Drew, and probably Sarah wouldn't mind it either.

Ryan asking Amber out was a little awkward, as was their first dinner, but its understandable as she was thinking of Kristina. The Handshake as the end of the date sending mixed signals but turing up the next day with the flowers and a quick kiss on the cheek is a nice start to their romance.

Some fun bits were Crosby's bad massage for Adam at work, and not wanting to do a kids job of walking Otis. Julia at home organizing the hospital schedule for everyone, just a shame we didn't see more of the family there. Also the ending the Jabbar and Crosby praying was a nice touch.
