My Thoughts

I thought the ep was well balanced considering the number of stories that were covered Crosby&Adam, Amber's new job, Mark & Sarah's baby talk, Zoe and the Grahams, and lastly Crosby & the sexy Cellist, Lily.

First Adam getting the cover of the magazine, of course Crosby was upset but I fell it was well played, the learnt something along the and and of course they were going to work things out in the end. Not much of Kristina but her "You look like a Beetle" was classic as was the guys teasing him at the poker game. Nice that Max thought the cover was awesome. It was nice at the end after the fight that Crosby hung the magazine cover up for all to see.

Next Amber and those BIG glasses, who else could pull off that look? Again out of her depth and wanting to run and hide. But it was nice her speak up in the end and for Bob to and thanks her, apparently she's still be working at the coffee shop to make ends.

Sarah still thinking about babies, she must have had a rough Christmas with this on her mind since last November. I guess the visit to the Gyno was a wake up call to Sarah "40 is the new 30... not for your ovaries". Left Sarah feeling old. Also a little sad to see them outside the baby shop and not talk about the elephant in the room, well the once stomping on Sarah's mind. The drunken advice from her sisters to talk it out with Mark didn't help. He was right to leave it until the morning where we found out Mark is a "good freaked" was a nice touch.

Also love that Mark fitted into the poker night, after her brothers teased Sarah about breaking up with Mark in the future. Mark being intimidated by Sarah's bigger older brother, made a little weird by the fact in real life Peter and Lauren have been dating since the show started. It was good to see him joke about bringing biscotti in the pink box, turns out is was some Philly cheesesteaks. Also he had beginners luck beating the already down Crosby.

Zoe finally officially breaking up with Troy and getting him to sign the papers after making Julia worry and stay up for here. Who has apparently been living with them since she left Troy back in November.

Nice that the girls (Sarah, Julia and Kristina) had a night in together without the rest of the family, well apart from sending her off to Mark half drunk. I guess Camille wasn't invited.

That leaves the sexy Cellist Lily, in the form of Courtney Ford. Who recently had a guest spot on The Big Bang Theory and True Blood. Crosby at first not interested in the job but then growing to like the cello player and offering her the spare studio to practice in after hours.

Okay what's left, the MIA list is long this week. No Damn (again) Drew and Haddie were there but for just one short scene, blink and you'd miss it. Also taking a break where the grandparents plus Jabar and Jasmine, oh and Sydney.

Lastly or should it have been first, Lauren's friend Sam Pancake doing a cameo as the make up artist in the very first scene, nice touch guys.
