My Thoughts

I really liked this episode, it was very very good if not one of their best.

I don't thing Gordon should have been at the family Thanksgiving, since he was uninvited by Adam and had just sold the company. But it did provide some great moments between Gordon, Adam and the rest of the family. Also the break up scene was touching but if Gordon loved Sarah so much why didn't he fight for her more? I'm still wondering if it was all just a bit of fun for Gordon and Sarah took it more serious, but I don't think we've seen the last of Gordon this season.

The Zeek/Drew stuff about his grandmother was weird and uncomfortable, right up there with the 'talk' Zeek gave Drew in the shows in season 1. It was nice Zeek called Seth to get him to call Drew on Thanksgiving. Not sure about giving Drew the beer, there's a debate about that subject here in AU at the moment and our drinking age is 3 years less than the US. Amber seemed a bit cooled to her dad, like she knew something Drew didn't or had been hurt emotionally by him one too many times, I hope we get more on that later.

I did loved how Amber helped Camille out as her 'Number 2' in the kitchen. And the last scene between them was great. Julia cooking via Google was a laugh, they showed the other kitchens and then the mess that was the Graham's kitchen. Nice moment with Alex and Haddie at the community centre, but then busted by here mom! More to come from that I'm sure!

The closing moments with the siblings cleaning up the days mess and dancing, can't get too much of the four leads in the same scene. Now the long wait until January 4th for the next installment.
