Finally a breakfast scene with Sarah, her parent and kids, just a shame it didn't last longer. We had several family or group scenes this week, the evening one with the whole family was nice as well and them Sarah after her fight with Adam over the job was a classic, Pac-Mac.
I must say the new Sarah is looking more and more like Lorelai from 'Gilmore Girls', faster talking this week, special 'strong' coffee which Adam didn't like, in jumbo mugs the no cooking talent, is this Lorelai 2.0 we are seeing?
Interesting that Sarah is keeping her job at the bar, guess Adam's internship is not paying much. Speaking of again not much with Drew and Amber but more than last week, they were their but off to the side and still to get a story of their own this year, hope we get more from them next week.
Love the nepotism joke, nice way to introduce your self to your fellow employees. Also looks like Gordon and Sarah are getting on well, to Adam's annoyance and leading to the fight, they have great onscreen chemistry, good thing they worked it out in the end.
Nice to see Jasmine and Jabbar return, great fight scene in the studio which was getting really nasty, good thing they worked things out, just hope Jasmine returns soon
The Lessing's break up/divorce was unexpected but did lead to a classic moment of Adam backing out of the house and then a nice seen in the car with Kristina. And they the dinner, Haddie was even having fun, always nice to see.
Joel building the desk for Sarah was nice to see, I guess next week he might deliver it to the guest house. Also interesting to see Julia navigate Sydney's personal life and the play date.
Some of the top scenes I liked this week include, the car trip with Adam and the kids, and Noel telling Haddie she looks pretty. Crosby and Sarah mocking Adam in their meeting in his office. And of course the 'Pac-Mac' scene.
