My Thoughts

Adam running around the yard chancing a possum was fun and the music was great, nice he found the bag of pot that apparently after asking most of the family about belonged to Haddie, it must have tied in with what happened in the pilot. Adam don't know what to do but I'm not sure if they are in a position to say of do much after being busted with the pot later. Sarah is happy that Amber didn't lie and gives a heart felt speech to kept her from being put back a year, some great scenes all round.

Julia is jealous of Racquel, who has been working with Joel on a fund raiser event, this come to a heard with the auction where they try out budding each other for a parking space. I love how the family is their to support the cause and Julia, all gathered at ther table. But when she says the wrong thing for all to hear they try and back away, Sarah dropping her head on the table to hid.

Another story line was Sarah and her job interview, which goes great but unfortunatly she doesn't get the job because she was didn't have a college degree. It was great to see Sarah shooting for something better than being just a bar tender but in a way it was good she didn't get this job so soon and easy. I mean if that happened in the 2nd episode where would that leave her story, she could then afford to move out of her parents home and in my opion that is a big part of the story for now.

Crosby is getting to know Jabbar which is good, but I don't like that he has not told Katie or the rest of his family yet. I'm getting flash back to Gilmore Girls with Luke and his long lost child, and we all know how that ended.

I was a little disapointed that there was nothing about Jim this week and again it felt rushed, scenes cut short and not enough time for the story to play out.
