This transcript is from the collection found at http://www.twiztv.com/scripts/gilmoregirls.

This was not one of the best episodes of the season so far but I liked it for a number of reasons but it left a few questions unanswered. Jackson has a name change, what's up with that. Did the continuity fairy leave early the day they wrote this episodes, and no one pick up on the fact until now Jackson’s last name was Melville, but now it's Belleville. Hugh mistake. But what happens to Taylor now, will he fight for his job back or disappear? Also why did only 1124 people vote when the town has a population of 10 000. Even saying less than half can vote that means less than 1/4 of the people voted.

But we did get some great scenes with Luke and Lorelai, in the diner that Lorelai takes over to run the campain for Jackson, when he gives her the keys to lockup and when she releases why he went to bed early. Really Lorelai can be in he own little world when she has known him for 8 years and doesn't know he gets up early to get deliveries.

It was also a great scene when Lorelai looked at Taylor throught the window and looks sorry for him and then tried to have people vote for him. Speaking of Taylor it was nice to see them bring up the more parking permit. One of the concerns he had when they had the first town meeting about the Dragonfly Inn was what if they needed more parking. I was great to hear a referance to Lorelai sharing her name with Rory and Tix.

With Rory see still doen't know what she wants and is having a hard time getting with Dean. I don't like how this is going with them. Also nice to see Lane and the band, with Lane still gelouse of his girl friends.

KIRK: Well, I modeled my poll after the Gallup poll. The Gallup poll uses a sample of 1,005 voters to represent the 280 million people of the United States. Using that logic, the correct sampling size of the town of Stars Hollow would be 0.002. Rounding that up means one person needs to be polled, so I picked me.

LORELAI: You polled yourself?

KIRK: I was right there. Seemed like a perfect opportunity.

LORELAI: Okay. Well, first of all, thank you for dressing up to talk to yourself. And secondly, I think you're gonna need to poll more people to get a better sense of where we really are.

KIRK: Oh. Okay, I'll see what I can do.

LORELAI: Thanks, Kirk. [Kirk exit the diner] You did notice that the back of his pants are shorter than the front?

SOOKIE: How does that happen?

LORELAI: That's Kirk.
